Bringing a territory to the world means preserving its authenticity: we told Api Cadore's story with a brand identity that balances accessibility and mountain roots. The producer operated exclusively within a local perimeter; our intervention translated traditional heritage into a visual language capable of dialogue with a wider audience without losing its original soul.
Strategy
The new positioning arose from the need to communicate naturalness while avoiding honey-sector stereotypes: the goal was not only to preserve the family dimension, but to transform it into competitive value for reaching broader markets. We chose to move away from classic codes to build a narrative that speaks of nature and biodiversity in a fresh tone, capable of elevating product perception.
Development
The illustrative system interprets the work of bees and the mountain environment through a language that lightens without trivialising, making the message accessible without losing authenticity. Label design becomes the place where this narrative takes shape, with illustrations that move beyond clichés in a friendly tone, while e-commerce translates the same language into digital experience, guiding users from discovering the territory to purchase with intuitive navigation.
Outcome
The intervention projects Api Cadore beyond geographical boundaries while preserving the authenticity of its family dimension: the identity invites discovery of the product, creating an immediate relationship with a wider audience and demonstrating that local roots and commercial accessibility can coexist.
